UPSC 2027 Reserved Examination Dates
UPSC has reserved nine additional dates for examinations or recruitment tests that are not named in this calendar. Each entry has a planned duration of two days. A reserved date does not confirm a specific examination.
Important UPSC 2027 Dates for Students
Civil Services Examination
The annual calendar lists 13 January 2027 for the Civil Services Prelims notification, 2 February 2027 as the application deadline and 23 May 2027 for Prelims. The Main Examination is planned to begin on 20 August 2027 and has five examination days.
The Indian Forest Service Preliminary Examination uses the Civil Services Preliminary Examination, so both appear on 23 May 2027 in the official calendar.
NDA and CDS Examinations
NDA and CDS (I) are planned for 11 April 2027, with a listed application deadline of 22 December 2026. NDA and CDS (II) are planned for 19 September 2027, with a listed application deadline of 1 June 2027.
